Missing license

Warning: "No license is assigned to your account"
Solution: Activate the trial license or purchase the full version at suraptools.de.

Connection error

Warning: "The server is unavailable"
Solution: Establish a stable internet connection.

Gross floor area incorrect

Cause: Incorrect modeling of floor layers.
Solution: Correct the floor model or adjust the surface manually.

Component is not displayed

Warning: “No elements of type […] were found”
Solution: Check the family assignment. See the model checklist.

Visualization

Visualization of results on a 3-D object

Warning: "The active view does not support visualization"
Solution: Enable 3D view. Set the rendering style to any option except Wireframe and Textures.
