Installation and activation
Missing license
Warning The following error occurs when activating the plugin: "No license is assigned to your account"
Causes This error occurs if no license has been assigned to your user account.
Solution: Activate your trial license or purchase a full version on the SURAPTOOLS platform.
Connection error
Warning The following error occurs when activating the plugin: "The server is not available. Please check your internet connection"
Causes This error usually indicates that the Internet connection was interrupted during activation of the plugin.
Solution: Establish a stable Internet connection during the activation process. If necessary, try to establish a connection to another network or a hotspot.
Project settings
Gross floor area incorrect
Causes Incorrect modeling of ceiling layers can lead to errors in the area calculation.
Solution: Correct the ceiling model or adjust the surface manually in the project settings.
Material selection
Component is not displayed
Warning The following error occurs when activating the plugin: "No elements of type "[...]" were found in the model"
Causes This error occurs if no element of the corresponding Revit family has been assigned.
Solution: Check the family assignment. See also "Model checklist".
